Damaged Items

We understand that receiving damaged items can be frustrating. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our utmost to assist you in replacing the damaged item promptly.

Replacement Process

Upon contacting us with details of the damage, we will work diligently to replace the damaged item as quickly as possible. Please provide us with photographic evidence of the damage for our records. You can email the images to info@nzinfinitecreations.com.

Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement, the damaged item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if these conditions are not met.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than receiving a damaged item. All sales are final.

Shipping Costs

We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item if the damage is determined to be our responsibility. However, if the damage is due to mishandling during transit or if the item was not properly cared for by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the replacement.
